Vitamin C Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack of Explore Superfoods Pitaya Puree
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ¼ cup apple juice

Toppings

  • Granola
  • Fresh sliced banana
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Flaxseeds,
  • Agave

Directions

In a blender add frozen pitaya puree, frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple and apple juice. Blend until ingredients are mixed. Pour into a bowl and top with granola, fresh fruits, flaxseeds. Then, drizzle agave.
