Pitaya Protein Bowl

Serves 1


  • 1 Pack of Explore Superfoods Pitaya Puree
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder


  • Granola
  • Fresh sliced banana
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Hemp seeds


In a blender add frozen pitaya puree, frozen banana, frozen strawberries, almond milk and protein powder. Blend until ingredients are mixed. Pour into a bowl and top with granola, fresh fruits, hemp seeds or any desired toppings.
